SBive Releases Top Baseball Prospects Rankings for Arkansas Class of 2025

Rogers, Arkansas – The dream of baseball burns in the heart of many young Arkansans. For a few select members of the Class 2025, that dream is shining brighter than ever before. Today, SBive--the premier source for Arkansas high school sports rankings -- is happy to present its eagerly awaited list of the top baseball prospects in this talented class.
This year's crop is a fine blend of bright young stars from various fields. The mix includes powerful sluggers, slick fielders and flame-throwing pitchers, to go with agile base stealers who can swipe many more bags in the future than they have already stolen this season. Each player has his own skillset and sense of need to accomplish, such that the Natural State's diamonds will be future home to many exciting match-ups.
1. Landon Schaefer, INF, Fayetteville: Coming in at the top is Arkansas-bound Schaefer, a shortstop. Especially renowned for his superior athleticism and silky-smooth defense, he also swings a powerful stick with sizzling bat speed.
2. Jaison DeLamar, OF/RHP, Fayetteville: DeLamar Another Razorback pledge, he is a powerful all-arounder. He pounds away at the mound and has no mercy on defenses with his incredible hitting power.
3. Mark Brissey, RHP, Batesville: With a fast arm and sizzling velocity, this right-hander is turning heads. With his precise command and sharp arsenal, he is a force to be reckoned with on the mound.
4. Grant Wren, RHP, Melbourne: It must be noted that the University of Arkansas is looking to the future with Wren, another strong pitcher on their side. His raw talent and projectability really tantalize.
5. McLane Moody, RHP, F.S. Northside: Moody, too, has a different kind of heat. Known for his deceptive pitching style and crafty movement that keeps hitters guessing what he will do next.
6. Peyton Lee, RHP, Maumelle: Bringing up the rear of this fortunate group are Lee, a tall right-hander with good command and potential as an ace.
But the list doesn't end there. From field man Luke Cornelison to speed demon Landon Carter and the electric pitcher Cael Turner, this Arkansas '25 class is bursting at the seams with possibilities.
